Dear all,

BE2010 r3 LiveUpdate error HOTFIX 168343 (X64) failed to install, and I get event id 34578

I found two high light message from installation log:

Failed to retrieve Post Update Command string from .\PatchInfo.ini.
Failed to retrieve Cache Installer string from .\PatchInfo.ini.  

Do you have any idea for this?

Have you tried downloading and installing the patch manually? Are you getting the same error when trying to install the hot fix manually?
