BE2012 - Transfering database from 'SQL Server 2005' to 'SQL Server 2008 Express' (Windows Server 2003 to 2008).

Hello all,

We currently have BE 2012 running on Windows Server 2003 which has Microsoft SQL Server 2005 DB. 

We are going to purchase a new physical server and plan to put Windows Server 2008 R2, BE 2012 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express.  My question is - can I transfer my existing database from MS SQL 2005 to 2008 Express?  If so, what's the best way?

The important thing is to grab manual copies of the Data/Catalogs folders before doing anything.
