BEDB MSDE Limit. Database Move to SQL

Running BackupExec 9.1, the MSDE BEDB database has recently almost reached its limit of 2Gb, tried compacting using BEUTILITY and SQL Enterprise Manager with no joy.  Need to keep the history for audit purposes.
 
Can anyone tell me how I can transfer the database to a SQL 2000 installation on the same server?

Or anyone know how to reinstall  This time using the SQL Option, which is fine and import the database so I do not have to set-up again?

Been a while since I used v9.x, but if you can't find an Option in BEUTIl, you could try this -
 
Make sure that you have the latest BEDB.BAK  (created every night during database maintenance by default)
 
Install pointing to MSSQL
 
Run BEUTIL and select "Recover Configuration from a File" and point it to the .BAK file
