BEMCMD Unexpected Results

Hi all:

I am able to query the Backup Exec Services using "bemcmd -o500 -cBE" and I get the Return Value of one. However, I am unable to create a remote backup. Any ideas?

bemcmd.exe -v -o2 -jMyBU -r -sf"c:\files.txt" -ui: -w -cBE

Connecting to media server '\\BE'...
Could not connect to the specified server.
RETURN VALUE: -1

Are there any settings that have to be configured on the Media Server to accept bemcmd?
