I have BEWS 11d w/ CPS installed and when attempting to connect to a CPA on a different subnet, I get an error from the CMS when diagnosing using rxping. I get full success from the CPA back to the CMS. Firewall is not an issue on either end.
Testing ICMP Ping.

Pinging <remote server ip here>
ICMP Ping Successful...
Testing ENL connectivity.
ENL PING SUCCESSFUL.
Testing JCD connectivity.
JCD Connect was unsuccessful. Error was 1722
I find very little documentation about JCD (Job Control Delegate) and /or what troubleshooting steps to take.
Any ideas?
