I'm continually getting the error message "Update BEWS 12.0.1364 HOTFIX 309178 (X64) failed to install". When I check the Backup Exec installation log, I see the message:

The log ends with the message:

Before the 309178 HOTFIX will install, it requires Service Pack 2 to be installed. Have you installed that yet? You can find out what has already been installed in the Backup Exec UI under Help->About.
