Hi there.
I am trying to restore a large (200GB) MS Sql Server 2000 SP3 database using BackupExec 86. and I get the error "Connection to restore target has been lost".
The only info I could find about the error is in relation to MS Exchange, which is not my situation.
I have tried two different tape sets in two different tape units on two different servers, one of which was a clean built for this purpose. BackupExec is connecting to the SQL server using the sa account.
Restoring a smaller database works, but the large one fails.
I am completely out of ideas and this is an extremely important database.
Any help would be extremely appreciated.
