I have been attempting to run a new install of 20.1. I have installed the software and open the dashboard. When it attempts to connect I have two error messages that I see:
1. Unable to locate the Backup Exec Service Manager
2. Could not connect. Backup Exec does not appear to be running on ************ (SERVERNAME). Could not connect to net.tcp://(SERVERNAME):50104/BEMService/ServerData. The connection attempt lasted for a time span of 00:00:02.9983582. TCP error code 10061: No Connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it (LOCAL IP):50104.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have attempted to unistall and reinstall as well as repair the installation to no avail.

Use Netstat , does it show port 50104 in use by another process or application?
