Backing up syatem state

I am backing up 4 servers using remote agents. I can see the system state as a selection to back up on one of the servers but not the other 3.

These servers are in a seperate domain than the one the media server is in.

Hello,

Are all the 4 servers in a different domain? What is the OS on these servers? Check the following:

- you have 4 remote agent licenses installed on the media server
- The remote agent service is running on all the 4 servers
- the remote agent service is running under the local system account.
- try pinging these servers from the media server and vice versa.
- are the other selections visible and are you able to select them?
- ensure that you are using the admin account to connect to these systems and this account is added in the admin group on all the servers.

Revert if the issue persists.
