Backup EXEC Agent For windows

We just purchased BAckup exec V10. enterprise, And Wondering do we realy need agent On each Windows 2003 Server we have or we can just backup the Shares .

With Backup Exec, you need to install a remote agent for every server that you wish to backup.It is a client access license. For more information on the agents and licensing, you can get in touch with our sales team at:
