Backup Exec 10.0 cannot backup file .dat

When I backup database server I cannot backup 2 files

Unable to open the item \\Server\C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr0.dat - skipped.

Unable to open the item \\Server\C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr1.dat - skipped.

please help us for this problem.

Those two files are used by the Automatic Update feature of Windows, so are probably in use all the time, which would prevent Backup Exec from backing them up. If you're really bothered about backing them up you could go for the Advanced Open File Option, but realistically I think you can safely exclude them from your backup.
