Backup Exec 10 build 5520 and RAS

Hello,

If have installed a Windows 2000 server with Backup Exec 10 build 5520, now i have the problem as descript on this page: http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/275924.htm

On this page is the solution to update the tapedrivers to the lastest version. I have download the version of the tape drivers, but when i try to install the drivers i got the error, that i don't have version 10 installed. If i run Veritas Update i got the error that no product are installed.

Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

Hello,

Since when do you get this error? Has the installation of Backup Exec 10.0 gone off well? It seems the Remote Access Connection Manager Service does not start and thus you receive errors. Do all the Backup exec services start and run well?
From where have you tried to install the latest drivers? Try the following URL and chek if it works:
