Backup Exec 10 cleaning tape mount count not incrementing

After replacing the cleaning tape in a Quantum SDLT SuperLoader library, I notice the mount count does not increment after cleaning jobs.  This is a brand new cleaning tape with a new never-before used barcode label.  The current config has been in production for a number of years, and previous cleaning jobs worked as expected (mount count was being incremented).  Thoughts?

Maybe you should stay on bacula's forum? If all you can say (as your many posts show) is bacula, what are you still doing here?

You had your problems years ago, you got them solved by people on this forum. Mostly your problems were caused by your "skills" to read and understand how things should be done with backups, not just with Symantec Backup Exec, but with all other as well.

You started few years ago your sermon about bacula. Please try to get over it, if not for us, for your own good.
