Backup Exec 10d IDR licensing question

The product description for the Intelligent Disaster Recovery Option (IDR) says the following:

"Backup Exec 10d, windows, Intelligent Disaster recovery Option Unlimited Clients, v10.1, License"

If, for example, I have three (3) servers that need IDR option, do I only need to purchase Qty1 IDR? Does 'Unlimited Clients' mean one license covers all clients?
