Backup Exec 10d Migration

We are about to begin the process of migrating to a new server (new hardware) as well as moving to 10d. Is there a simple way to both upgrade to 10d and migrate all existing setups and records to the new machine? Should we do the upgrade to 10d on the existing machine first, then move everything to the new machine?

Yes, upgrade to BE v10d first and then use the following option to move an existing configuration to the new machine.
