Backup Exec 10d waits for a response to alert before continuing resulting long backups

We have SBS 2003 Premium installed and the back up jobs wait until you respond to the alert.

Is there anyway to avoid this?

Media Overwrite

Change the Global Overwrite to "Partial" rather than "None", then change the OPP (Overwrite Protection Period) for the media set so that the OPP has expired when the tapes are due to be reused

For tapes reused the same day each week use 6 days etc

Or you can drag the tape volume to the Scratch Media set before use, but that gets old, reeeeal fast
