Backup Exec 11D DLO licenses help.. with 12d

We currently have back up exec 11d installed in our office with 5 DLO licenses. We recently purchased 10 additional licenses of DLO but the 12 version.  We were told by Symantec support that the 12 licenses would work with 11D.  Are they any instructions on how to get those licenses installed? Also, do I have to upgrade the DLO option on 11D to 12?  Are they any known issues with upgrading just the DLO option?  Any info would be appreciated

Hello,

I have the same problem. I have Symantec MediaServer in version 11d (with DLO,SQL,Linux and Server options) and I wont to install (testing only) DLO agent from 12.5 version. Where I find instalation package? Maybe what I make this package? I don't this moment upgrade MediaServer to 12.x. 

 

Please help me to resolve this issue.
