Backup Exec 11D and CPS

We initially had 10d installed of BEX and CPS, we got the upgrade notification for BEX and upgraded it to 11d, we had purchased CPS and had no initial need for it, now we do and need to install  it. However CPS 10d cannot be on the same server as BEX 11d, my question is where do we get the upgrade to CPS from ? its not listed on our FIleConnect account...

If you can not access it through fileconnect then you may not have a license for it.
You can download the trial from http://www.symantec.com/backupexec/index.jsp
 
It is listed when you select Backup Exec for Windows Servers.
 
Once you download and install it, I would recommend contacting Sales or your Software vendor to find out why your CPS license is not showing.
