We've a problem where our GRT restores stopped working at the end of March. We weren't even aware of it until we went to do a restore last week as no errors are generated and the log file says that individual restore was selected. The Message Stores are displayed and the can be restored but there is no option to select and restore individual mailboxes.
This appears to be a relatively common issue. Has anyone been able to resolve it?
