We have Backup Exec 11d with SP2 and recent updates installed on a Server 2003 Enterprise machine. The system backs up to a Dell Ultrium 4 800-1600GB tape drive.
We also use the remote agent to backup emails from a Server 2003 Standard 64 bit system with Exchange 2007.
We are having issues trying to restore emails from mailboxes and public folders. The system was upgraded from SBS2003 and has some public folders from that era, under second storage group.
If we try to restore any emails from mailboxes we receive an email to that user's inbox saying that mail is about to be restored, but the emails we select never appear after a "successful" restore.
Also, when looking at the second storage group to recover a public folder on a restore, the selection is empty.
Any ideas appreciated!
