Backup Exec 12.5 Stuck due to windows (2003)updates

Hi all,

   I am currently using backup Exec 12.5 on 2003 (64 & 32 bit), recently there were some Windows Patches are released by Microsoft, after apply these patches, now Backup is getting stuck all the time, i have to manually restart the server all the time but again getting stuck when start it over, can anyone help on this plz?

If you are using a tape device, I would suggest that you re-install the Symantec driver for the tape device.

Hi PKH,

        thank you for quick replying and I have done almost everything, reinstalled tape drivers, Sysmentec software, uninstalled the patches which have applied etc… other servers were ok after formatting. But this server is the mail server and I cannot format and reinstall the things.  Any help would really appreciated.
