Backup Exec 12.5 extra files

If I go to the download page for Backup Exec 12.5, I find BEWS_12.5.2213A_64BIT_Version.zip which apparently is the main application. I also find BEWS_12.5_Management _pack_msft_operations_mgr.zip which has a akm file. Windows Server 2008 (R2) doesn't know about akm.file. I also find BEWS_12.5.406_Infrastructure_mgr.zip which Windows Server 2008 declares is invalid.

Can someone tell me what the function of the accessory files are and how would I use those files.

 Management pack is for SCCM or SMS more than likely, from Microsoft.

Infrastructure Mgr, is a new option for BE.  It allows you to manage your BE installation in regards to licenses, and pushing out updated agents.  Note it's managing your BE infrastructure, not managing your BE operations.
