Hi All,
I have a problem with BUPExec 12 and SEP 11 installed on a Domain controller in an evironment i support.
The programs seem to work fine for a short period of time after a reboot but after a period of time I cant log on to either console of SEP 11 or BUPExec 12..
The backup exec 12 console returns an error "There are 2 or more administrators connected to the server ...." the console is non responsive and their are no event logs execpt an application hang error message.
A similar thing occurs for SEP11, I log in with the credentials and it just stalls...again no event log error messages.
Restarting services doesnt seem to do anything but a full reboot of the server does- it works but only for a limited time.
Any ideas?

Excluded bkupexec.exe from SEP Tamper protection ,tis should probably help in resolving the issue.

Also do you have Remote Administration console installed on any other server and is someone connected from those console since its giving this message " "There are 2 or more administrators connected to the server ...."
Thanks,
