Backup Exec 2010 - Backup Job Contains No Data - Exchange, need some help

I am trying out the latest BE to replace our current Exchange 2010 backup software.  The full backup completes fine, the incremental completes and has a size I would expect but I get this error.  I can't seem to find an answer I am looking for on how to track down the issue or if I am really not getting any backup data.

1 Are you performing GRT incremental backup for exchange & also were are the backup going to are they going to tape or disk

Hi,

GRT backup of exchange is supported with incremental backup through policy based jobs only. The backup destination must be disk when doing Incremental GRT backup. If the Incremental GRT backups are duplicated to tape and you want to restore from the tape backup , then it needs to duplicated back to disk again.

GRT incremental backup for exchange - greyed out, I can't select it.  Backup method is Incremental - Logs (flush commited logs)

I am backing up to a disk (a windows share) across the network
