I've recently put together a NAS solution to backup our servers, using Backup Exec 2010 R3 SP4 with CPS. (I do realize that CPS is End of Life)
I installed Backup Exec on the NAS, plugged in my licensing and was able to get that setup rather easily.
I did the install for CPS, however to get through the install, I had to install it as a trial.
From other posts on here, I've read that CPS was integrated into the core BE product for 2010, and that if you had a BE license with Remote Agent licenses, that CPS was covered.
How do I ensure that CPS will continue to work after this "60-day" trial? Or will it continue to work, and the trial was for additional components?
Any help on this would be appreciated. I realize this is an old product, but it's what I have available.
