Backup Exec 2010 R2 post-command does not start after failed job

Hello,

a Backup Exec 2010 R2 on a Windows 2008 R2 Server does not start the post-command if the job fails (for example: the tape was missing).

If a job is ok, the post-command is executed normally.

Log:

The pre-command starts as you can see in this image:

But the post-command does not start!

Any ideas why the command is not executed?

The settings for pre/post-command are these:

Greets, Stefan

Is your pre-command successful?

Run post-command only if pre-command is successful option chosen. right? (3rd option)

for me the pre-command is successful, because the domino server service is stopped.

but how do i check if backup exec recieves the information that the command was successful?

I think it is a better choice to select the first option also.

Allow pre and post commands to be successful only if completed with a return code of Zero.
