Backup Exec 2010 do not see cluster resource drives

Hi,

I am running Backup Exec 2010 and have proper licenses installed on my clustered SQL 2005 and clustered Exchange 2003.  Both were working and are backing up properly at version 12.  Then after I upgrade, non of the drives are visible in BEX 2010 via cluster resource and physical nodes.  However I could see the drives through  SQL instance and Exchange virtual server name which is not supposed to be that way.  I called support and they escalated me to Tier 2 support but has not responded to me yet.

I already tried the following:
1.  Uninstalled/reinstalled the agent.
2.  Created a manual drive selection list.
3.  Made sure that anonymous restriction registry is correct.
4.  Tested and used all VSS options and even without one.
5.  Failed over the clusters to different nodes.
6.  Stop/start BEX server and rebooted it.

Any suggestion or help?

Thanks.

Pushed the Backup Exec 2010 RAWS agent out to your client servers...?

Hi Craig V,

Yes, of course. Sorry I forgot to mention that.  I did that already.

Actually, Veritas support explained to me that BEX 2010 and Windows 2008 now have a new behavior Doc#371803.

They said that the behavior on that documentation is the new forced behavior with Win2008 cluster.

Do you have a link to that document?  I'd like to check it out.
