Backup Exec 2010 - gleichzeitige Jobs auf Tape

Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem mit einer Backup Exec 2010 Installation. Die Jobs laufen alle problemlos, bis auf das Sichern auf Tape. An dem Server ist eine IBM TS3200 mit 2 Laufwerken. ELO Lizenz ist vorhanden. Bei manchen Jobs stehen die Jobs auf Tape auf "Warteschlagen" oder bleiben einfach mehrere Stunden stehen. Irgendwann, wenn ein Job fertig ist, dann laufen wieder 2 Jobs gleichzeitig auf Band.

Ich habe keine Idee, wie ich prüfen kann, warum ein Job hängt. Medien sind vorhanden. Zugriffe auf die B2D Ordner sind vorhanden.

Gibt es eine Log Datei ? Irgend ein Hinweis, warum der Job einfach stehen bleibt ??

No - only that i have to rerun IDR Assisten.

You got to look at the jobs and what resources they are using.  For example, if both jobs needs a tape drive than obviously one job have to wait for the other job to finish before it can start.  Alternatively, if both jobs are backing up folders on the same drive, then one job would have to wait because the other job is holding on to the drive.

Yes i understand. But i have 2 Tape Drives. And when i make a duplicate Job. One Drive stands on hold. It seems, that the issue are Jobs from VMware.
