Backup Exec 2010 wont start after upgrade received error

I get the following error when I try to start BE2010.

"System.Windows.Forms.ImeMode System.Windows.Forms.Control::get Propagating ImeMode"

I had to uninstall 3.5 framework and reinstall it to get it to work.
