Backup Exec 2012 Quickstart Edition and Dell RD1000

I'm new to BE 2012 and I'm really struggling how to setup this product with an RD1000. Basically I want to:

1. Rotate RD1000 disk cartridges for use with weekly backups.

2. Perform Differential backups Monday - Thursday and perform a Full backup on Friday

3.Ejected media will be rotated offsite until needed.

How do you configure the RD1000 storage device, disk cartridges, and backup/rotation schedule?

1) define a media set with the correct OPP and AP

2) define storage on your RDX storage.

3) define a backup job.  You will get your full backup and an incremental backup.  Delete the incremental backup and add a differential backup.

In your jobs, target the storage defined on your RDX and the media set defined above. I am not sure whether the Eject after job complete option will work for RDX cartridges, but you can try it.
