Backup Exec 2012 reports no longer working after update

Hi.

I am running Backup Exec 2012 on a Windows 2008 R2 Server with the following updates

Service Pack 1

Hotfix 189571

Hotfix 180964

Hotfix 194470

Hotfix 199866

Hotfix 200433

Hotfix 201596

Hotfix 205111

We use the report "Backup Size by Resource", so as to monitor increases / decreases in data stored.  As from yesterday the procedure of running the report through the Backup Exec 2012 GUI generates a blank report.

Running the command Get-BEReport -Name "Backup Size by Resource" | Invoke-BEReport -Path c:\report.html through the BEMCLI generates the report correctly, but this is not something that I wish to be doing each day as it is a faff.

Are there any known problems with running reports after applying the latest updates?

I have checked for further updates today, but none are present.

Are there plans to repair the damage done since the updates were applied?

Have you tried going to Add/Remove Programs and repair BE.

Hi, have you installed IE10? After installing IE10 my reports are broken...

good call looks as though the server has indeed got IE10 installed.

have you managed to fix the issue? or is it better to take IE10 off?

We do not use reports i let ie10 installed...tell me what happens when you uninstall ie10 :)
