Backup Exec 2014 V-ray Edition detects 6 CPU instead of 4

2 IBM 3550 M4 virtualization hosts with 2 six-core processors each = 24 cores

4 v-ray tier A licenses = 24 cores

BE2014 found = 36 cores

Backup server (not included on backup schedules):

1 IBM 3550 M4 backup host with 1 six-core processor

Symantec Support tried 'n' procedures and couldn't solve our issue.

We did a fresh install of BE2014SP2 and the issue remains.

I had a quick look at your case's notes and this is an issue which we are aware of and is being worked upon. And your case currently is being by a Backline Engineer, so be rest assured this will be resolved.
