Backup Exec 8.6 failing every night but i cant find why

Hi, im a not a new user to Backup Exec, but we have now got 2 servers and are running Open option suite on one and backing up accross the network to the new citrix server.

The Domain controller is running Windows 2k3 SP2 and BE8.6

The backup runs, back ups all the files, verifys them too, but in the morning the BE report states a fail...
i have had a look at the reports and the only things i can see might cause it to fail, are:

"RSM Database cannot be backed up because the Removable Storage service is not running.
A flat file backup of the appropriate files will be performed."

and

"Directory not found. Can not backup directory \Registry\C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile and its subdirectories."

I am stumped so if anyone can tell me whats going on i would be very grateful!

Stop the "Removable Storage service" and disable the same.
