Backup Exec 8.6 rev. 3808 Upgrades/Updates ???

Having some issues w/Dell PE2500 w/W2K Server w/4mm20/40DAT
How,where and to what level can I upgrade this software.
Fixes/Patches ???
To 9.0 or 9.1 ???
At which point do I pay for the upgrade ???
Is it still like 80 bucs for weekday incident support ???
If so, what's the number ???

The only free "upprade" would be to v8.6.3878 at
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/241035.htm

v9.0, v9.1 or v10 would be a paid upgrade.

you should also check the hotfixes available from the downloads page

From the product support page at http://support.veritas.com/menu_ddProduct_BEWNT.htm
select "Product Updates and Downloads" from the lower portion of the page
Then specify Type = Patch and v8.6 to see what is available.
