Backup Exec 9.0 does not open

Backup Exec 9.0 revision 4454 won't open. It's running with Symantec Antivirus and Exchange Server on Windows 2000 server.

What happens when you try to open the GUI? Nothing?

Are all the BackupExec Services running?

Hi,

All the Backup Exec Services are running. The GUI splash screen appears for a while, left corner shows "initialize the use interface"; right corner shows "not connection". I Checked the Veritas support web site, could not find the correct solution. Even the BEUtility.exe could not open.
