Backup Exec Compatible and Supported with Windows Server 2012 DC Edition

Hi,

I am sorry if this has already been posted but I have had a look through and I cannot see any up to date posts or answers.

I have started to install and run Windows 2012 Server and I wanted to know if the latest version of Backup Exec 2012 is compatible and supported by Symantec?

Hi Jordan,

Currently no support in BE 2012 for Win2K12, and a number of queries around this have been logged over the past couple of months.

However, check Colin's post around this on the query below, and sign up for BE 2012 R2's Beta programme:

At the Symantec Vision conference last week, it was announced that the next release of BE will support Server 2012.  The release date would be announced sometime in 2HDec.
