i keep getting this message while trying to backup 2003 Server.I had a look at all other threads re similar problems and all suggestions are pointing towards MVS Copy Servise to be set to Automatic !
can you help, please

The Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) snapshot provider that you selected cannot snap this volume.
Select the default snapshot provider, and then run the job again.
