Hello,
As per the Job logs we have Windows Server 2003 and we are not using AOFO in the Backup job.
As per the job logs I assume that we are backing Exchange 2003 on Windows Server 2003.
Recomendations:
1 : It is NOT recomended to Backup Databases such as Exchange, SQL etc...with AOFO...
2 : Split the job into 2 seperate jobs:
1st job will backup the Exchange Information Stores without AOFO
2nd job will backup the Drives with AOFO Selected.
3 : AOFO configuration:
-- Open the job properties...
-- Highlight AOFO
-- Select : Use Microsoft Shadow Copy Provider
-- Select "System : Microsoft...under Snapshot Provider Drop down menu for the Non-Exchange job
4 : Make sure that the AOFO is NOT selected for the Information Store Backup job

if the AOFO option isnot used the open files would be skipped . but all the system files are open adn they will get backed up when you backup system state
