Backup Exec Information Store Issue

I have a user that deleted a user created folder from their Exchange mailbox.   After asking them and checking if they deleted it or if they moved it into another folder, I decided to check the ALTA4 backup tapes.  When I check the backup tape for the Information Store, that one user in particular  does not show up.  All other users appear, even ones added recently.  On the Exchange server, she’s clearly listed in the information store.  The backup policy clearly states it’s backing up the entire information store, so why would this one user not appear?

Hello Barry,

    Are you backing the data on tapes?? If yes then try to duplicate the data to Backup To Disk folder. Then in the restore you will be able to see the database from disk too from this duplicated backup set. In this particular set you should be able to see the missing user and restore the required Data.
