Backup Exec Job engine system not responding

I can't back up, nor test run - I keep getting error 0xa0008703. I have responded to all the media alerts, changed backup tapes, followed the instructions in support document 275603, enabled debug login and run an inventory log (which was successful) but all to no avail.

I still get the same error and error message.

Could you please advise?

Kindly refer the following Documents:


"Job failed running its test run. See log file for details" (a0008703 HEX or e0008703 HEX) No devices found to run job is reported when running a "Test Run"

An error "Insufficient online or nearline media is available to start job" is reported in the Job log when performing a 'Test Run' of a backup job to a "Robotic Library" with a bar code scanning device, although a standard backup is successfully completed.
