Backup Exec Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager 2007

Symantec made available the Backup Exec Management Pack for MOM2005, but it hasn't been updated for use with Operations Manager 2007. It's been almost a year since Operations Manager 2007 was released, are there any plans to get a new Management Pack done for 2007?
 
We've had to convert the 2005 MP for use in OM2007, but this didn't result in a clean solution.

I am with Steve, I am unable to convert the current management pack.   
 
Does anyone have a timeframe when this will be released?

I have seen several people posting about this questions and having issues converting the MOM 2005 versions of the management packs to 2007 versions.  Any one have any idea of the planned release dates?  If not, who can we contact about this?   I would hate to have to recreate the management packs on my own.

Since it's not known whether Symantec monitor these forums for Product Enhancement Requests, I guess all we can do is ask you guys to periodically fill in a request using the Product Feedback page.

Anyone, at this point, I think I am moving to 12 hopefully they will have a Management Pack for it.

Rather than continue to wait on unanswered posts, I wrote my own for BackupExec 11d. Since many people are running into a similar issue, I'd thought I'd post a link so others can download. It works fine in my environment, but feel free to manipulate to fit your needs.

I was able to successfully convert the MOM2005 MP for Backup Exec v12.5.

 

Keep in mind this is done with SCOM R2-Beta
