Backup Exec Service not responding when trying to run a Media Set report

I receive an error that says the Backup Exec Server is not responding when I try to run a Media set report. It prompts me to login, I click the start all services, it says all services are running, but when the account tries to login, it gives the error described above.
I had started the service manually through services as well, but it seems like when ever I try to run the report, something stops the Backup Exec Server.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Please check if there are any alerts shown in Alerts tab when you run a Media Set report.

Also, check the event logs to see if there are any error shown.

Kindly send the exact error message.
