Backup Exec Slow Job Rate

Hello,

We have a problem with the duplicates to tape:

Software: Backup Exec 2010 R3 on Windows Server 2008 Standard

We try'd different drivers but without succes.
Windows Server is up-to-date, backup exec as well.

Normaly the job rate is between 2 and 3000 MB/MIN

What can we do about this?

How 'fast' (or actually how slow) is the job now running ?

Expand your joblog and check which resource is slowing down the backup.

Could you provide more information about the backup itself ?

What are you backing up on the original job ? files, Sharepoint, SQL, System state, Oracle ?

Is it a library ? Stand alone drive ?
