Backup Exec Suite for VMware or Hyper-V

For the two new suites that were just announced -- Backup Exec Suite for VMware and Backup Exec Suite for Microsoft Hyper-V, I understand I get one Backup Exec Media Server license and one Agent for VMware or one Agent for Hyper-V, depending on which I buy, correct?

1. Can I install the Media server on any machine I choose, not necessarily on the host machine?
2. The VM Agent entitles me to an unlimited distribution of AWS/RAWS agents for each of my VMs, correct?
3. If I want application granular recovery for Exchange, SQL, or SharePoint, do I need to buy those application agents separately?

1. Correct, you can install BE on any machine you want (as long as it meets the system requirements). This is covered under the BEWS licenses
2. Correct. This is covered under the Agent for VMware or Agent for Hyper-V license.
3. Correct, a license will need to be purchased for any agent you wish to use Application GRT with.
