Backup Exec and Wingate?

Does anyone have an experience with Backup Exec working with Wingate, got a connection problem between the Backup Exec in the trusted network and a remote server in the public although all necessary ports between the 2 is already opened.

Hi,

-Explain your environment and give us the info on Wingate.
-Which error you are getting ?
-How many NIC do you have (on both the servers)

Update us on the same and revert for any further Query
