Backup Exec error v-79-57344-759

We are running Backup Exec 2010 on a Windows 2008 R2 Standard (64-bit) platform.  Our media server is version 13.0 rev 2896 (64-bit). 

When backing up the mailboxes on our Exchange 2007 server we intermittently get the following error:

"V-79-57344-759 - Unable to complete the operation for the selected resource using the specified options.  The following error was returned when opening the Exchange Database file:  '<n/a>' "

I have tried to install Hotfix 140360 and Hotfix 143746 as recommended in the Enterprise Support Forum (Article TECH142005) but those Hotfixes will not install because we are not running revision 4164.

How do I get a fix for the build we have (2896) to fix this intermittent error?

I don't think the fix is available in the 2896 built.

So how do I get revision 4164?  Is it available as a download from Symantec?

2896 license key will work with 4164 built.

We are using version 2010 R3 (5204) but also get the same error!
