Backup Exec remote agent Utility

Bonjour tout le monde,

Je suis en train de faire la mise à jour de BE 2010 R2 en version R3.

Mais lors de l'installation, j'ai le message suivant qui s'affiche:

Le programme "Utilitaire Backup Exec Remote Agent est en cours d'éxécution".

Comment puis-je l'arreter?

J'ai arreter tous les services BE que j'ai trouvé, mais cela n'a rien changé.

I do the update BE 2010 R2 to R3.

And I have a problem, during the installation. I have the following message:

How can I stop it?

I stop all BE services, but it made no difference.

In the task area (near the clock) there may be the Remote Agent utility running.

Richt click it, and press exit.

...is the RAWS agent not open on the target server itself? Doesn't matter if it is in the system tray of the target server.

The Remote Agent utility in the task area are stopped.

To solve the problem, I stopped the VXMON.exe in the task manager.

Maybe the console or another RDP session had the Remote Agent Utility opened....

But I am glad it is resolved.
