Backup Failed due to following

I am running Backup Exec 9.1 with all updates and patches. For months now my nightly backup fails due to the following reason:

Backup - C: Dell ServerDirectory not found. Can not backup directory \WINNT\\tory_name>\Performance\\LOG

ůĈࠐǓC:\Catalogtartup\wups2.dll\5.8.0.2469 and its subdirectories.


All data seems to be there cause I can do a restore of a file. I do not know why it is trying to locate and backup this particular directory. What is it trying to do and how do I fix it?

Hello,

1. Verify whether the directory actually exists. Please refer to the documentation provided within the URL below:

2. Try recreating a new Backup Job and select all folders preceding and following the c:dellserverdirectory folder. Also ensure that the folder isn't being accessed by some other program while the backup is in progress.
