Backup Failure

Norman_Powell

We are getting frequent backup failure reports. The items that cause the failures are undeliverable email messages left in the administrator's mailbox in MS Exchange. Exchange is creating these messages, then attaching the original message. From what I am told, this was an issue in version 6, and appears to still exist in this version. Keeping the admin mailbox empty is not possible. It would be a 24/7 job. We receive 50K+ emails a week here. Can the folder(s) be excluded from the backup job? What is the solution?

Thank you,
Norman D. Powell
