Backup Failures

I have a couple servers that keep giving me failures with the reason being - "Cannot find the file specified". We found that the remote agents were the wrong version and have since pushed out the right agent to match the one on the Backup Exec server, but are still getting this error. Can anyone help?

Are the remote server backups failing completely, or are they simply failing on a few specific files, and successfully backing up the rest of the servers?

It looks like it's just a few files is chokes on. The other backup jobs complete fine.

Have you confirmed if the files are actually there on the servers? If not then try checking the backup selection in Text view and make sure there are no entries listed which are out of date / refer to those files / folders which are generating the errors.

Yes, I see the files in question that it appears to hang on.
